Apartment Finder - Search for
affordable apartments across Washington.

Department of Social and Health Services - Contact DSHS for specific housing needs such as paying utilities, safety from domestic violence, assistance for elderly residents, substance abuse recovery, assistance for mental illnesses, and much more.  

Renters, Know Your Rights

Eastern Washington - If you believe you have experienced rent discrimination because of your race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, familial status, marital status, sexual orientation, or military/veteran status, contact the Northwest Fair Housing Alliance.

Western and Central Washington - If you believe you have experienced rent discrimination contact the 
Fair Housing Center of Washington.

Tenants' Rights Counseling - Contact the Tenants Union or call their hotline at 206-723-0500.

Legal Help - Call the 
Northwest Justice Project at 1-888-201-1014.
